Torchlight Wildlife Walk starts at Botanic Garden Education Centre in Gwynneville on Thursday 1 October at 5:30pm. After an animal presentation or torchlight games for kids, guides lead a walk through the Garden to look for wildlife such as possums, frogs and nocturnal insects. It suits adults and children aged five and over who can manage a one-hour walk. Tickets cost $31.50 per person plus a booking fee, and bookings are essential. Bring a torch, comfortable walking shoes and warm clothes. The walk finishes at 7:30pm. Parking is available at the Education Car Park on Madoline Street.
