Fairy Escapades is a play for children aged 4 to 8 at Wollongong Botanic Garden, Keiraville, on Thursday 1 October from 10:30am to 11:30am. Lilly the Bushfairy leads families through stories about bush animals, their homes and what they eat. Children can join in and take home a fairy wand. A parent must attend with each child, and dressing up is welcome. Bring snacks, water and a picnic blanket; the performance space is near Gleniffer Brae. Tickets are $18 per person or $72 for a family ticket covering two adults and three children. Bookings are essential, and the closest garden carpark is at 48 Murphys Avenue.
