Wollongong.life is a local guide and business directory for the Illawarra and the Southern Highlands, owned and operated by NITROSITES PTY LTD (ACN 702 315 133, ABN 16 702 315 133), 10 Regent Street, Wollongong NSW 2500. By using the site you agree to these terms. Nothing in them limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

We work to keep listings accurate, but businesses change their hours, prices and details, and some information comes from public sources. Please check anything important with the business before you rely on it.

A listing is not an endorsement, and we are not responsible for the goods or services a listed business provides. Businesses can claim their listing to keep it up to date, or ask us to correct or remove it.

Anything you post must be honest, based on your own experience, and lawful. No fake or paid reviews, no reviews of your own business or a competitor's, no abuse, and nothing you do not have the right to share.

You keep ownership of what you post, and you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to publish it on Wollongong.life and in our emails and social posts that promote the site or the event.

We check submissions, may hold suspected spam for review, and may edit for length or remove anything that breaks these terms. We do not remove honest reviews because a business dislikes them.

Keep your sign-in details to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account. We may suspend accounts that misuse the site.

Featured placements and boosted campaigns are sold by NITROSITES PTY LTD and are covered by our advertising terms. Paid placements are always labelled.

Do not scrape or copy the directory in bulk, interfere with the site, or try to get around its security. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we do not control those sites.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of the site or your dealings with a listed business. Where the Australian Consumer Law gives you a guarantee that cannot be excluded, our liability is limited as that law allows.

We may update these terms; the date below shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
