A caviar tasting and long lunch takes place at Pickled Poet in Thirroul on Sunday 25 October, from 12pm to 2pm. It's for people keen to try caviar with a guided introduction while sharing a meal. Local chef Gill Dinh joins Pickled Poet chefs Jordan and Christian, with Kasia from Caviar Tin leading the tasting. Guests start with a glass of champagne, then sample four varieties of caviar alongside a four-course shared meal. The event costs $195 and bookings are required.
