A Remembrance Day service takes place at Wollongong Memorial Gardens, Unanderra, on Wednesday 11 November from 11am to 11:30am. Everyone is welcome to attend and pay their respects to past and current members of the defence forces. The service offers time to reflect on sacrifice, courage and peace, followed by a light morning tea. Attendance is free, but an RSVP is required. Call the office on (02) 4227 7780 to book. The gardens are at 176 Berkeley Road.
