A beginner Reiki workshop runs at Warrawong Library in Warrawong on Monday 19 October, from 5pm to 6pm. The session introduces the practice in a quiet setting and is open to adults aged 18 and over, including those who have never tried Reiki. Wear comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat and blanket to use during the hour. The workshop is free, but you need to book a place. Spaces are limited, and a waitlist is available if the session fills.
