Free BUB and ME Aqua Active water fitness trials run at Bomaderry Aquatic Centre, Bomaderry, on Wednesday 7 October from 12:30pm.
Free BUB and ME Aqua Active trial sessions run at Bomaderry Aquatic Centre, Bomaderry, on Wednesday 7 October at 12:30pm, 1pm and 1:30pm. Each 20-minute class gives parents and carers a chance to exercise in the pool while their baby stays close in a flotation ring. Grandparents can also enquire about taking part. The school holidays sessions are free, but places are limited and bookings are required. Book at the centre’s reception or call 02 4429 5600. Bomaderry Aquatic Centre is at 127 Cambewarra Road.
