A guided forest bathing walk starts at Wollongong Botanic Garden Education Centre in Keiraville at 9:30am on Sunday 22 November, Sunday 13 December and Sunday 7 February. The three-hour walk follows natural paths through the Garden, with time for mindfulness, creative activities and quiet reflection. It suits adults comfortable walking on natural paths, and no experience is needed. You can choose whether to take part in each activity. A Japanese-inspired tea ceremony under the trees closes the walk. Tickets are $55 to $65, and bookings are required.
