Six weeks of acrylic painting begin at Joyce Wheatley Community Centre in Kiama on Wednesday 7 October at 4:30pm. Beginners can choose guided classes covering colour mixing, brush techniques and a canvas project, while the unguided pass gives you space to work on your own project with occasional advice. The programme runs on Wednesday nights through 11 November. Bring your own paints, brushes and a small canvas for the guided option; materials for the shorter exercises are provided. The unguided option costs $95 and guided classes cost $260 for six weeks, with booking available online.
