It was established on 1 September 2006, and its first commercial websites were for local businesses such as South Coast Tattoo (now South Side Tattoo), which it still works for.

It also runs managed Australian hosting from the SY3 and SY4 Sydney data centres, bare metal server management, small business site care plans and Google Ads management.
The team is built around coder and CTO Rick Moore, with specialists in graphic, print and web design, SEO, social media, mobile app development and server architecture. Its portfolio includes Summernats, the University of Wollongong UniShop, Fluxx Boutique and Wollongong Castle World, and it was an Illawarra Hawks Corporate Partner in 2021/22/23.
